Microsoft Work Account Registration and Log in Guide

Introduction
The Microsoft Work account guide enables State agency representatives to register and sign in to the Planning Online portal using their Microsoft Work account instead of WA IDX, Google or Facebook.

Important Note
Before a user can successfully register or sign in using the Work Account, the agency’s ICT administrators must have already granted consent for the application integration via a completed Planning Online Authorisation form.
Please note that this form is completed by your ICT administrators and must supply an EntraID link.

If your organisation is interested in setting up Microsoft Work Account please get in touch with us at posupport@dplh.wa.gov.au and we will provide you with the authorisation form.
