Access the Portal

Manage planning activities on behalf of a company, Government agency or another person. Digital Identity uses your Digital ID credentials to authorise Planning Online access. Registration via Digital ID takes you to the external WA Identity Gateway site and requires your identity to be verified by either myID (formerly myGovID), Facebook or Google. This is a one-off requirement.

Manage planning activities behalf of, and as a member of, a company, Government agency or Local Government. Microsoft Work Account uses your organisation’s Microsoft accounts to authorise Planning Online access. Organisations wishing to set up a Microsoft account, or to transition from a Digital ID account need to set up an account with the Department in the first instance. Please see the Microsoft Account set up requirements to understand what is required.
